Your journey begins with an initial conversation with our HR team. This step helps us understand your aspirations and ensure the program is the right match for you.

Candidates are invited to a more in‑depth interview with our German and Bulgarian SuccessFactors leadership team. This is also your chance to meet the people you will potentially work with and ask any questions about the program, project work, or career paths.

At a positive outcome, we finalize the details and make the candidate an offer. Then your career in the SAP SuccessFactors Consultancy world is launched.

Your Role After Graduation

Upon successful completion, you begin your journey as a Junior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, specializing in one or two modules. Your work will include:

  • Supporting implementation projects
  • Applying SAP HR solutions to real customer scenarios
  • Participating in workshops & system demos
  • Assisting in requirement analysis & solution design
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Helping customers during project and support phases
You will build expertise in HR processes, SAP SuccessFactors functionality, and consulting methodologies while working with well‑known German enterprises.

Program Structure & Schedule

Our comprehensive multi-module curriculum takes you from foundational SAP knowledge to specialized SuccessFactors expertise. The training will be held at our office in NV Tower.

Some of the training modules and workshops that are planned are the following:

  • Introduction to SAP
  • SuccessFactors & HXM Basics to Advanced
  • Sales & Project Essentials
  • SuccessFactors Module Overview
  • Certifications and Project Onboarding

 

After completing the training modules, our graduate will begin project work and their responsibilities will broaden.
